11Kits User Guide: Spectator Instructions
Your live mobile portal for tracking youth soccer matches and supporting players live.
Welcome to 11Kits! As a spectator, parent, or supporter, your app connects you directly to live match streams, real-time play-by-play analytics, and team schedules.
Phase 1: Sign-In & Secure Authentication
- Passwordless Entry: Open the app and select the Spectator role from the unified entry screen. Enter your email address to receive a secure, passwordless 6-digit verification code.
Note: On your first-time login, review and accept the terms of service and privacy guidelines to establish your secure user session.
Phase 2: Connecting to a Team
- Adding Your Team: Navigate to the My Teams or Spectator home hub. Tap Add Team and enter the short 6-character Team Code provided by your head coach (e.g.,
X7K9M2). This instantly links your device to the team's public roster and schedule.
- The Schedule & Live Status: Once a team is saved, you will see their upcoming and completed matches. When the coach hits "Start Match" at the field, the game status updates automatically to LIVE.
Phase 3: Watching Live Matches & Access Control
- Accessing the Live Stream: Tap a LIVE game from your team's schedule, or use an SMS/Email Android Deep Link (
touchpointxi.com/live/{gameId}) sent when the match begins to teleport straight into the action.
- The In-App Token Balance: Opening a live stream evaluates your entitlements:
- Season Pass: If you hold an active Season Pass, access is granted instantly.
- Token Spending: If using consumable single-game tokens, a quick confirmation prompt asks you to spend 1 token from your In-App Token Balance to unlock the match stream.
- The Live Sideline TV Screen:
- Real-Time Updates: Your screen listens to live events in real time as recorded on the sideline.
- Play-by-Play Feed & Jersey Numbers: Watch events update chronologically with player jersey numbers clearly rendered alongside actions like shots, goals, saves, and cards.
- System Back-Button Integration: Safely navigate backward using your phone's physical back button, returning smoothly to your team schedule with automatic data updating.
